The long-rumored PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version of ZombiU has been rated in Taiwan, indicating an official announcement can’t be that far off.
Originally released on the Wii U, the undead survival title will reportedly be heading to Sony and Microsoft’s current-generation systems at some point, although nothing official has been confirmed yet. Presumably, we can expect a visual upgrade and a few other extra bits and bobs for the re-release.
The game previously cropped up on the Australian ratings board, though a release window has yet to be confirmed.
ZombiU was released as a launch title for Nintendo’s struggling console, garnering fairly positive reviews from critics. The game takes place in London during a zombie outbreak and tasks players with surviving the undead onslaught by whatever means necessary.
The game was particularly praised for its visuals and spooky atmosphere, and was one of the few titles that really took advantage of the Wii U’s pad.
