Zelda-Flavoured Indie Hit Tunic Is Finally Making Its Way To PS4 & PS5 On Sept. 27, 2022

Tunic, the critically acclaimed PC and Xbox indie title from developer Andrew Shouldice, is making its way to PS4 & PS5 on September 27, 2022.

Tunic take place from an isometric viewpoint and sees players controlling an anthropomorphic fox, where you’ll battle enemies, explore the environment, and solve puzzles. If this all sounds a bit familiar to you, then it should do.

The game takes a lot of its influence from classic adventure games like The Legend of Zelda, and even contains pages from instruction booklets inspired by NES-era titles such as The Legend of Zelda and Zelda II: The Adventures of Link. It’s like a love letter to 8-bit adventure games.

Like Zelda, certain areas are locked off until you acquire specific weapons or items to use that allows you to reach previously unexplored areas.
