Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Remaster Will Reportedly Feature Bam Margera After All

Jackass star Bam Margera is reportedly going to appear in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 despite previous reports to the contrary.

Margera was featured in the original version of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 and 4, but a recently-published list of characters to appear in the remaster didn’t feature Margera. However, a live stream on The Live Club skating podcast has now claimed that the CKY star is in fact going to appear in the remaster thanks to Hawk pushing for his inclusion .

Roger Bagley, co-host of the podcast, explained alongside Chris Roberts:

Well, here’s what happened. The game was already done. Tony called up Activision and was like ‘hey, we’re putting Bam in the thing’, and they were like ‘hey, we can’t’. He goes ‘no, you’re gonna do it’, and basically made them fly Bam back out there to get body-scanned and everything else, and get him back in the game.

“So this might be news that’s not out there yet, though?,” Roberts added. “Probably,” Bagley replied.

Bam Margera has struggled with alcoholism since the mid-2000s, and has since had numerous stints in rehab without completing the full course. His consumption of alcohol and drug use escalated in the early 2010s following the death of fellow Jackass co-star and friend Ryan Dunn, and was fired from the production of Jackass Forever due to these ongoing problems.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Remaster is due out on PS5, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One on July 11, 2025.
