Ubisoft has just announced Tom Clancy’s The Division: Heartland, a new standalone free-to-play game coming to PS5/PS4.

Revealed in a press release, Tom Clancy’s The Division Heartland is being developed by Red Storm Entertainment, who has helped support the other two games in the franchise and will release in 2021/2022 on PC, consoles and the cloud. You can sign-up to take part in early test phases for the game here.

The title is described as providing an “all new perspective on the universe in a new setting”. Beyond that sentence, we don’t know anything else. However, given the name of the game and the image Ubisoft shared, it is likely it will take place in the American countryside rather than a big city like the first two games have. We are excited to see more and hopefully get to play ourselves soon in the upcoming tests.

Tom Clancy’s The Divison: Heartland is set to release for PS5/PS4 in 2021/2022.
