With customers getting their DualSense controllers through the post as they are shipping early, testing has begun on just how many consoles the DualSense will work with. Well, now someone has found that the DualSense controller will work with the Nintendo Switch of all systems.
@BrokenGamezHDR_ on Twitter posted a video of themselves using the DualSense to control the menu of the Nintendo Switch, even hopping into a game, back out and detecting the controller. It is worth noting that an 8bitdo adapter was needed for this to work.
It’s quite strange that the controller will work with the Switch when we have confirmation that it doesn’t work with consoles like the PS4. But, strangely it will work with the PS3. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason for which consoles it works with. What do you think people will try next and will you use your DualSense on your Switch?
