Terminator 2D: NO FATE is coming to PS5, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One on September 5, 2025, Reef Entertainment and Bitmap Bureau have announced.
The side-scrolling action game sees players taking on the role of Sarah Connor and the T-800 as they go up against the relentless T-1000 and attempt to thwart Skynet’s plans before the annihilation of the human race. In addition, the action switches to the future as you lead John Connor and his resistance group against the machines to secure humanity’s survival. Expect a unique story that combines iconic sequences from Terminator 2: Judgment Day with original scenarios as you decide the fate of the human race.

Terminator 2D: NO FATE offers multiple game modes including Story, Arcade, Infinite, Boss Rush, Mother of the Future and Level Training, and depicts the world of Terminator: Judgment Day with vibrant 2D sprite artwork complete with recreated music from the legendary T2 score.
In addition, Reef Entertainment has also lifted the lid on the Terminator 2D: NO FATE Collector’s Edition, which includes the following goodies:
