The upcoming stylish action strategy game from Focus Home and Lightbulb Crew, Othercide, just got a brand new overview trailer detailing how combat and the gameplay works.
The new trailer discusses the game’s innovative timeline feature which allows enemy and teammates actions to move and change based on attacks performed, buffs given to teammates, and actions cast on enemies. We also get a look at how to upgrade your team of Daughters, who are your squad of combatants. Finally, Lightbulb Crew touch on how to heal and create new daughters to ensure you are always kitted out with a team that fits your playstyle.
Othercide was given a release date last month, after being in development for a number of years from the small indie studio. The game looks incredibly unique and I am personally very excited to get tucked into the monochromatic world and tactical gameplay.
Othercide releases for PS4 on July 28.
