Sony has started cancelling a number of European dates for its upcoming PlayStation: The Concert tour, according to ticket owners who have received emails stating shows have been postponed or scrapped outright.
PlayStation: The Concert is set to kick off its first selection of shows in Dublin this month, and will continue to the UK with six dates. The event will then move into other regions later this year and into 2026, but it now appears that some of the European trek is marred by cancellations.
The PlayStation Reddit page has been flooded by a number of customer who have been informed they need to contact the booking company to refund their tickets. One example is that the concert in Poland has been cancelled outright:

I bought my tickets on the very first day they went on sale, and about a week ago I booked a hotel, transport, etc. The official website is still completely silent – there’s even still a ‘Buy Ticket’ link, which now redirects to the homepage of the ticketing service. There’s no trace of the concert anymore, no mention of it at all.
A number of users replied to the thread revealing that regions such as Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Italy, and Austria have seen their concerts cancelled. Others have been rescheduled, some of which have been pushed into next year.
VGC notes that the UK dates are still selling tickets, with the Manchester show in particular having many seats still available. At this point, we can speculate that the shows aren’t selling well, hence why the aforementioned concerts have been cancelled. We’ll have to wait until for Sony to pipe up to be sure of what’s happening, though.
PlayStation: The Concert is set to be a celebration of 30 years of Sony console gaming by playing music from iconic franchises, including God of War and The Last of Us.
