Sony has reportedly toyed with the idea setting a God of War around Egyptian mythology before, but instead decided to opt for a Norse setting for 2018’s series reboot. Back in September, the LinkedIn profile for a senior manger at Sony Santa Monica, revealed that the company has multiple unannounced projects in development, so there’s every chance that one of these could be a new God of War game.
Earlier this month it was revealed that a God of War live service title was cancelled at Bluepoint Games.
