The long-rumoured Gears of War Collection is set to be announced in June at the Xbox Games Showcase, according to leaker extas1s. Not only that, but the collection is apparently set to arrive on day one for PS5 alongside the PC and Xbox versions.
Right now it’s not known exactly what games will be included in the collection, nor is it known if the titles featured are simply remasters or more advanced remakes.

This is far from the first time we’ve heard murmurs about Gears of War coming to PS5. Back in January, it was reported by Windows Central that Gears of War Ultimate Edition would be heading to Sony’s current-generation console. In addition, extas1s first mentioned the Gears of War Collection coming to PS5 back in early February, although at the time they didn’t know when it would be announced.
Gears of War E-Day is also currently in development for PC and Xbox Series X/S, and extas1s claims the game will launch in 2026. Right now it’s not known if the game is coming to PS5.
