Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced on the PlayStation Blog that the PSVR 2 PC adapter will begin rolling out on August 7, 2024, giving users access to a multitude of Steam titles including VR favourites Half-Life Alyx and Fallout 4 VR.
The PSVR 2 PC adapter will go on sale for an estimated retail price of $59.99/£49.99, and will be available at selected outlets and PlayStation Direct. You’ll also need a DisplayPort cable that is compatible with Display Port 1.4, plus a Steam account. Your PC must also meet the following requirements:

Sony has said that hooking up the adapter is pretty straightforward, and simply involves connecting the PSVR 2 to your PC using the adapter and the DisplayPort 1.4 cable. Next, you simply download the PSVR 2 App and SteamVR App from Steam.
