Fresh evidence that a Persona 4 Remake could be on the verge of a reveal has surfaced with a domain registration for p4re.jp, as spotted by ScrambledFaz on Twitter.
This is significant as Atlus previously registered p3re.jp two years ago and the Persona 3 Remake was officially revealed just three months. As such, this latest domain has got a lot of Persona fans hot under the collar, hoping that we could be getting a Persona 4 Remake reveal soon.

While nothing official has been confirmed yet, the timing does add up nicely. Three months from now would be June, at which point Summer Game Fest kicks off, which would be a prime time to announce a major project such as a Persona 4 Remake.
Last month, Shihoko Hirata, a singer who has previously worked on the franchise including extensive work in Persona 4, revealed that she was “recording for a new game” that many assume is indeed a remake of Persona 4. We’ll just have to wait and see how all this pans out, but it’s certainly looking hopeful for fans holding out for a remake.
