Fresh on the heels of news that Party Animals will be heading to the PS5, developer Recreate Games has now confirmed that the physics-based party romp is launching for Sony’s console on January 23, 2025. What’s more, it’ll arrive alongside the new CRISIS game mode.
In case you’re not familiar with the game, Party Animals was originally released in September 2023 for the PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One. The game is powered by a proprietary engine developed by Recreate Games, and sees a host of furry friends duking it out in cooperative brawling — puppies, kittens, bunnies, and all manner of cute critters can take part in the action.

Players can take part in local and online multiplayer that includes free-for-all skirmishes and objective-based gameplay, set across the backdrop of a myriad of vibrant locations.
Party Animals hits PS5 on January 23.
