Images from the set of Netflix’s The Witcher Season 2 have revealed that The Wild Hunt are set to appear in the new series, which should please fans of the video games developed by CD Projekt RED.
According to a report on the Mail Online, “The actors were prepped to shoot a tense battle scene as they held up spears and swords as their horses set off.”
As seen in The Witcher 3, the Wild Hunt feature dark metal armour that takes on the form of bones and skulls, and come packing some fiendish weapons to boot. As you can see from the images below, they show the group galloping down Saunton Sands beach in Devon.
Elsewhere, there’s also unconfirmed reports that Geralt actor Henry Cavill was spotted on the same set, and website Redenian Intelligence has obtained confirmation via sources that the Wild Hunt are indeed feature in Season 2 of the series.
