Konami has lifted the lid on one of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain’s more humorous idiosyncrasies: the Chicken Hat.
According to the publisher, this piece of headgear will actually make the game easier if worn by the player character.
In other words, Hideo Kojima and his team are essentially calling you a ‘chicken’ for having to lower the difficulty of the game if you get stuck somewhere.
