Devolver Digital has revealed during its latest financial results that it has delayed Human Fall Flat 2 until 2026.
The game was originally due to be released next year, but has now been pushed back further. Here’s the full statement:
We expect further progress in 2025, although Human Fall Flat 2, the anticipated sequel to the global hit, will now be released in 2925. We remain very excited about this title which we believe will set us up for an even stronger 2026. The Board considers that we are well positioned for future success, and we look forward to reporting on progress in the year ahead.

The original Human Fall Flat was developed by No Brakes Games and launched for PC in July 2016 and was later ported to PS4 and Xbox One the following May. PS5 and Xbox Series X/S editions arrive in summer 2021. The game was a huge success, selling more than 50 million copies worldwide as of December 2023, becoming one of the best-selling games of all time.
