If you skipped that step at the time and are looking to sign into a PlayStation Network account today, follow these steps:

Turn on your PS4 console
From your home screen, navigate to Settings
Select Account Management within Settings
Select Sign Into PlayStation Network
Enter the email and password associated with your PlayStation Network Account

For brand new PS5 consoles being turned on for the first time, you’ll be prompted to sign into your PlayStation Network account, if you have one, as part of the setup.
