Saros developer Housemarque has revealed that we will be getting our first look at extended gameplay for the upcoming PS5 title later this year.
That’s about all the studio had to say on the matter, but at least it’s something. This raises the question as to where we’ll see the new Saros footage; it could emerged at new State of Play event, or perhaps even something like Summer Game Fest. Then again, it’s entirely possible Housemarque may want to host its own dedicate event. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Saros was officially announced during Sony’s State Of Play event back in February, where it was confirmed the game would be hitting PS5 in 2026.
In case you have’t been keeping up with the game, Saros is a brand new IP but builds on the foundations of Returnal, taking the form of an action game that focuses on an off-world colony on Carcosa that is plagued by an ominous eclipse. Players follow Soltari Enforce, Arjun Devarj, who is tenacious in his goal of finding who he is looking for, and is portrayed by Rahul Kohli.
