Portkey Games and Avalanche Software‘s Hogwarts Legacy has been rated by the Australian Classification Board, revealing the fantasy title will include both online interaction and in-game purchases.
That’s about all the rating board mentions regarding these two features, although the FAQ for the game expands more on in-game purchases, which are linked to the Dark Arts Pack.
Players with the Hogwarts Legacy Standard Edition can purchase the Dark Arts Pack in-game separately, which is otherwise available exclusively in the Deluxe Edition. There are no other items for purchase in the game.
Regarding online interactivity, there’s no details available on this yet, but Hogwarts Legacy is a single-player affair with no multiplayer, so we can safely rule out any online co-op features.

Hogwarts Legacy is scheduled for release on February 10, 2023 for PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. While the game is based in the world of Harry Potter, you sadly won’t be able to take some down time and play a game of Quidditch.
