Picking up a snowball in GTA 5 on PS4 is a pretty simple process. First of all, make sure your character is completely unarmed and that you are standing somewhere with snow on the surface. Next, simply press the left D-pad button, which allows you to pick up and store up to nine snowballs at a time.
To throw a snowball in GTA 5 on PS4, the process is as simple as aiming and shooting any regular weapon by accessing the weapon wheel.
