One of the most common fixes involves re-downloading the game on the PlayStation Store of the account you’re playing on. For example, if you grabbed Genshin Impact on the US PS Store and then started playing on an Asian account, the shop will display no content.
In this case, simply download the game on the Asian PS Store (or whatever alternate country account you’re using) and the store problem should be fixed. What’s more, your data will remain in tact. Another solution is to try restarting the game.
