Grand Theft Auto Trilogy – The Definitive Edition is out now, and we’ve already got a good impressions of how the game performs on the PS5, specifically when it comes to the frame rate. Sadly, it seems Rockstar Games‘ collection of PS2 classics fails to maintain a steady 60 FPS.
As you can see from the videos below, all three games – GTA 3, GTA Vice City, and GTA San Andreas – all vary when it comes to frame rate during Performance Mode.
GTA 3 in particular can drop to as low as 35 FPS, Vice City is somewhere in the middle, and San Andreas performs the best, but still experiences drops.
