You'll need to kill a fair share of Valkyrie in God of War. During Valkyrie Fights, you'll get them as a random drop. They are a much rarer resource than its common form. Perfect Asgardian Steel drops from Valkyries when you kill them. However, it doesn't always drop. You'll get one maximum for a kill, but you won't get them for every kill.
Our advice? Slay every Valkyrie that you come across and as you get near to the end of the game, you'll have plenty of resources to upgrade everything you need that requires this crafting material.
