Ghost Of Tsushima – Shinto Shrines Locations
The Shinto Shrines in Ghost of Tsushima are spread across the game’s three regions. These shrines are denoted by large gates leading up to them, with an obstacle and parkour course along the way.
Izuhara Shinto Shrines
Spring Falls Shinto Shrine
This shrine can be found in the north of Komoda. It is just north of Kukai’s Falls. It is behind a large hill.
Head up the cliff and follow it around. Once you get to the top, turn to your right to find the shrine.
Mending Rock Shinto Shrine Location
This shrine can be found at the very north of the Hiyoshi region, on the Isonade Coast. The gate for this shrine can be found on the cliff, leading around the edge of it.
When you get to the cliff edge continue along the right, squeezing through the gaps and jumping over the missing cliffs. Once you are out on the other side of the cliff, jump to the branch and then follow the ledges around the rock.
Once you reach the bottom of the cliffs, head along the broken walkway, jumping from piece to piece and grabbing the ledges on the other side. Follow the rock down, and squeeze through the gap at the end. Jump to the ledges after squeezing through the next gap and once you pull yourself up, jump to the walkway on the cliff opposite you. Follow it around and walk across the beams and bridges to reach the shrine at the end. You will be rewarded with the Okuninushi.
Stone Dragon Shinto Shrine Location
This shrine can be found in the south of Komoda, in the western corner. There are multiple ways to begin this shrine. But, you can actually skip some of it, by just climbing down the cliff to the coast and entering the cove.
Climb up the rocks to the right of the cove and continue towards the shrine by using your grappling hook and jumping to the next platform, beneath the bridge. Use your grappling hook to climb up to the cliff and follow the path up the hill. Squeeze through the branches and turn to your left to find the shrine, which will award you with the Charm of Susanoo.
Plum Blossom Shinto Shrine Location
The Plum Blossom Shrine can be found in Komatsu, to the north. It can be found on Shigenori’s Peak. The gate is just off to the side, along the hill.
As you climb up you will come across a blocked path. Turn to your left to find a small alcove, which allows you to jump up onto the rocks above you. Follow the path along, jumping from branch to branch and then jump down to the burning bridge.
Make your way across that bridge and jump to the ledge on the rock, climbing up the main path. At the end, you can find the shrine, which will award you with the Charm of Kagu-Tsuchi.
Golden Summit Shinto Shrine Location
The Golden Summit Shrine can be found in the south of the Ariake region of Izuhara, south of the Golden Forest. The gate for this shrine can be found at the bottom of the hill.
After reaching the broken stairs, walk along the plank and continue jumping from cliff to cliff. Crawl under the gap at the top and turn to your left. Squeeze through the opening in the rocks and continue upwards along the beams of the broken bridges and stairs.
Once you reach the third broken bridge, look to your right and hop down to the platforms and follow them around the curve of the cliff. Scale the cliff on the other side and follow it around until you reach the beam. Hop from the beam to the rockface and then climb to the top of the Shrine. You will be rewarded with the Charm of Amaterasu.
Winding Mountain Shinto Shrine Location
This shrine can be found in the Komatsu region of Izuhara, just south of Cloud Pass. You will need to obtain the grappling hook from a tale towards the end of Act 1 first.
From the broken staircase, jump to the ledge on the right and use your grappling hook to make your way across the platforms. Squeeze through the gap to the left on the last ledge and on the other side jump to the ledges on your left and descend the cliff.
Squeeze through the gap, swing across, and squeeze through the next gap. Look to your right, jump to the ledge, and use your grappling hook to climb to the top of the hill. Use your hook to jump to the cliff with the Shrine on top of it and make your way up the mountain, along the platforms. Once on the hill, makes your way up it to get the Charm of Izanagi after bowing at the shrine.
Arrow Peak Shinto Shrine Location
The Arrow Peak Shrine is found in the Azamo region, north of Sakimori Overlook. This shrine is at the top of a very high hill in the area. Underneath the bridge there is some burning rubble, so you need to go up the side.
Once at the top, look to the left to see a path across the gap, leading into the cliff. Jump across it and climb up into the gap ahead. Crawl under the gap and squeeze through the rocks on the other side. Look to your left to find some ledges you can grab onto. Make your way around the cliff and up the other side.
Hop across the gap and continue down to where the main path is. Follow that path and look to the left to find a small camp. Climb up the rocks behind the camp and follow the path. Eventually, you will be able to jump to the cliff-face below the broken stairs. Climb the rocks at the end of the ledge to find the shrine at the top. You will be rewarded with the Charm of Inari.
