Developer miHoYo has announced details on the upcoming Genshin Impact update 1.4, which launches on March 17 with a host of fresh content for the popular title in the shape of the Windblume Festival.
To participate in the event, you’ll have to reached Adventure Rank 20 or above and complete the Archon Quest ‘Song of the Dragon and Freedom.’ Once you’ve done this, you’ll be invited to join the Windblume Festival, which offers a bunch of mini games to play with heaps of rewards and prizes.
In addition, you also have the chance to spend time with Barbara, Noelle, Bennett, and Chongyun, which offers the possibility of unlocking different endings and memories depending on how you interact with each character.
Most of the mini-games in the Windblume Festival will support both single-player and co-op mode. Speaking of which, the Knights of the Favonius have organised three primary mini-games: Bullseye Balloons, Floral Freefall, Ballads of Breeze. Competing them will reward you with Festive Tour Tickets, which can be exchanged in the Event Shop for Talent Level-Up Materials, plus two exclusive gadgets — Windblume Festival Commemorative Balloon and the Windsong Lyre.
Elsewhere, Genshin Impact update 1.4 will include Rosaria ‘Thorny Benevolence’ as a new 4-star playable character. She’s a sister of the Church of Favonius, and is a powerful polearm wielder and boasts an Elemental Skill that allows Rosaria to instantly shift behind her foe, piercing and slashing them and inflicting Cyro damage in the process.
