Fuzzy fighting game Party Animals has been confirmed for launch on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC in 2022, which means PS4 and PS5 will have to wait potentially six to twelve months to get their hands on the game.
The news was confirmed yesterday during the Microsoft and Bethesda showcase, where the game was also confirmed as an Xbox Game Pass day-one release. We stress again that it’s a launch exclusive; this doesn’t mean it won’t turn up on PS5 and/or PS4 at a later date.
Party Animals is an awful lot like Gang Beasts in its slapstick nature, only instead of gelatinous characters, you’ll be in the company of all sorts of adorable critters such as cats, dogs, rabbits, tigers, foxes, pigs and more.
They’re not just there to look cute, though; these creatures will be smacking the crap out of each other in Party Animals’ crazed battles, wielding an assortment of over-the-top weapons across various game modes and maps.
