Free PSN codes worth $100 – Sony sends surprise vouchers to lucky gamers

Sony is currently sending out free PSN codes worth $100 to a select number of gamers who have PlayStation Network accounts.

The ‘Golden Ticket’ $100 PSN card was received by multiple gamers this week who subscribe to the official PlayStation newsletter.

Presumably, this is part of the 10-year PlayStation Store anniversary this week, which has seen Sony launch a PSN flash sale in the US, and offer many major PS4 games for cheap in the UK and EU.

Sony conducted a similar promotion in December 2015, sending out free PSN codes (Golden tickets) to random gamers who had recently bought the latest PlayStation consoles, the PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro.

Sony also dangled a little something in front of the noses of PS Plus subscribers this week, who can now pick up a free booster pack for Let it Die before the new PS Plus April 2017 free games drop.

We’re expecting the PlayStation Plus April games announcement next Wednesday, so stay tuned, and check your emails now in case Sony has set you a free PSN code!
