Felicia Day, Wayne Newton, Matthew Perry to voice cast in Fallout: New Vegas

Bethesda has revealed the voice cast for Fallout: New Vegas, including stars appropriate for the post-apocalyptic Las Vegas setting. Ron Perlman will return to voice the narrator in New Vegas, a role he’s played in every major Fallout release.

The star cast includes: Matthew Perry of the TV show Friends; “Mr. Las Vegas” himself, Wayne Newton; William Sadler, Shawshank Redemption; Zach Levi, Chuck; Felicia Day, the online show The Guild; Michael Dorn, Star Trek: The Next Generation; Kris Kristofferson, Blade Trilogy; Danny Trejo, Machete, From Dusk Till Dawn; John Doman, Mystic River, The Wire; and Rene Auberjonois, Boston Legal and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

“The Fallout franchise has taken narratives in interactive entertainment to the next level, and we could not be more excited about the all-new celebrity lineup for Fallout: New Vegas,” said Pete Hines, Vice President of PR and Marketing for Bethesda Softworks. “The voice acting provided by these actors helps drive the compelling and immersive story of Fallout and further adds to the overall gameplay experience.”

Matthew Parry will play Benny, a local two-faced gangster, while Wayne Newton plays the radio DJ “Mr. New Vegas.” You’ll get to play along three characters voiced by celebrities. Danny Trejo will voice Raul the Ghoul, a mechanic and former gunslinger, Zach Levi will play Arcade, a member of the foundation of the Apocalypse, while Felicia Day will voice Veronica, a sarcastic Brotherhood of Steel scribe.

Michael Dorn reprises his role as Marcus, the intelligent super mutant who was last seen in Fallout 2, while John Doman plays Caesar, the charismatic and powerful dictator. William Sadler plays Victor, the friendly robot with the personality of an old fashioned cowboy. Kris Kristofferson plays Chief Hanlon, a grizzled soldier at the end of his career, and Rene Auberjonis plays the enigmatic and reclusive Mr. House.

Bethesda says we can expect to hear even more stars making cameos through the world of New Vegas.

The game is set for release in North America on Oct. 19 and in Europe on Oct. 22.
