GSD data has revealed Fallout 4 sales increased by an earth-shattering 7500% compared to the previous week thanks to the success of the recently-launched Fallout TV series. As such, Bethesda‘s post-apocalyptic was the best-selling game in Europe last week; not too shabby for a game that came out nine years ago!
While the success of the Fallout TV show on Amazon Prime was a massive contributor to the renewed interest in the game, it’s worth mentioning that the franchise was also heavily discounted to make way for the show, giving people even more reason to flock to the Fallout franchise last week.

While we’re on the subject of Fallout 4, Bethesda is also releasing a PS5 and Xbox Series X/S version of the game as a free update to existing owners on April 25, offering increased performance including 4K resolution and 60 FPS.
It wasn’t just Fallout 4 that saw sales spike either; Fallout 76, Fallout: New Vegas and Fallout 3 also entered the European Top 10, too.
