The Elden Ring Closed Network Test kicks off this Friday, and since it’s invite only, that means only one thing – people have started flogging keys on eBay for an exorbitant price.
If you were lucky enough to receive an invite from publisher Bandai Namco Games on the test, then congratulations, as the only other way to get in is to buy a key from eBay. And from the look of how much folk are charging for them, we’re not sure it’s really worth it.
Some people are offering Elden Ring Closed Network Test keys for as much as $350, and eBay US has seen at least nine users flogging the keys for over $200. For reference, that’s more than you’d pay for a brand new Elden Ring: Collector’s Edition — probably something to consider if you were thinking of snapping one up.

Elden Ring is scheduled for release on February 25, 2022 for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
