The release dates for EA Sports College Football 26 and Madden NFL 26 have been confirmed by Electronic Arts.
College Football 26 will arrive first on July 10, although if you purchase the Deluxe Edition you will gain three days of early access. Following this will be EA Sports Madden NFL 26 on August 14, and offers three days early access for the Deluxe Edition,

EA Sports College Football 26 will launch for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, and its Deluxe Edition will offer the following: Three Days Early Access, 4600 College Football Points, Early Access Solo Challenges, Top Prospect Pack, All Hands Ultimate Team Pack, Dynasty Coach Points, Road To Glory Skill Points.
Meanwhile, EA Sports Madden NFL 26 will be available for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S, and its Deluxe Edition includes: Three Days Early Access, 4600 Madden Points, Season 1 Elite Player Item, Cover Athlete Elite Player Item, Superstar Legendary XP Boost, Franchise Coach Ability Points, and Player Card Exclusive Item.
The EA Sports MVP Bundle meanwhile will offer even more content for both games, including a Bundle Exclusive MUT Elite Player Item, Bundle Exclusive CUT Elite Player Item, and if you preorder before April 29, you’ll receive the On The Clock Pack — Travis Hunter 99 OVR player item in both games.
