DUSK is a retro first-person shooter that’ll have players battling cultists, possessed militants and more darker creatures that was first released on PC, though it’ll be making its PlayStation debut with a PS4 release this Halloween.
Tomorrow, October 31, 2023 at time of writing, DUSK will be available digitally on the PlayStation Store, though it’ll only be available as a PS4 version, with no indication that an updated PS5 version is coming.
Publisher New Blood Interactive has also previously announced that it will be remastering DUSK, with that release arriving in December for the game’s five year anniversary, so it is at least likely we’ll be getting that version on PlayStation tomorrow.
If not however then hopefully the remastered version will arrive on consoles soon, as it’ll only be available on PC until then.
For fans of the classic boomer shooters, DUSK recaptures that same fast-paced magic which kickstarted the craze around FPS games in the first place. It’s great to see it arrive on PlayStation for fans of the genre.
