The answer is no. The PS4 doesn’t read PS5 discs. We actually tested this ourselves and found that the PS4 would constantly spin the disc, trying to read it, but it wouldn’t actually be able to. This actually caused our PS5 disc to get stuck and we had to use the manual eject screw on the bottom of our PS4 to get it out again. So, you shouldn’t put your disc in anyway as there may be some unfortunate accidents with your disc if you do so.
