Destiny game for PS Vita leaked via US patent filing & online image [UPDATE]

UPDATE: Bungie has debunked the image below to IGN, saying "when we actually announce something, we’ll use our current logo." So, it seems like the image below is just a clever (albeit flawed) fan fake in the aftermath of the "Destiny of Spirits" patent filing, which is still very much real. ORIGINAL: Destiny, the upcoming title from Halo creators Bungie, is poised to be the start of a blockbuster series in the coming decade. While the game is confirmed to be arriving on current and next-gen platforms, some new information points to the franchise expanding into portable gaming as well.

Today, a trademark patent filed by Sony Computer Entertainment America for the name "Destiny of Spirits" published on the United States Patent and Trademark Office website. Also, a Twitter user under the handle theonlymarcos tweeted the image below for a game by the same trademarked name today, but did not cite a source.
