The Destiny 2 Warlock glitch, which enables players to use an infinite number of Nova bombs, won't be fixed until 2018.
Currently, Guardians in the player vs player Mayhem mode in the Crucible can take advantage of the Destiny 2 Warlock glitch while equipped with the Voidwalker skill.
Other players don't stand a chance because there's no limit to the amount of times you can use your Super and unleash a barrage of Nova bombs at opponents¬
The Mayhem event in the Crucible launched along The Dawning, and it's an extremely simple glitch to take advantage of.

“To perform this, while overcharging a grenade, press A (X on PS4). It should cancel out your charged grenade, and throw a nova bomb. The game does not consider this a casting of nova bomb, and your super energy should remain unchanged. It appears that as long as you are charging a grenade you can throw nova bombs infinity. I believe that it is due to super charge actually being faster than that consumed by overcharging a grenade, the game is unsure as to whether or not you have your super when you press activate the super.”

Good news! Though we don't recommend using this cheat to batter poor players who don’t know about it into submission, you won't get banned by Bungie. Though the developer is aware of the issue, they've released the following statement.
“We are not restricting or banning players for taking advantage of this. Issue’s on us, and we’ll be looking to address it when we can.”
They went on to say in a Tweet that “As teams continue to investigate an issue impacting the cooldown for the Voidwalker Super ability within the Mayhem playlist, we have determined that the issue will not be addressed before the Dawning ends in 2018.”
