Days Gone Remastered has been revealed, after being teased last year the rumour has proven true, and Bend Studio’s last major title will live again on PS5 and PC when it arrives on April 25, 2025
Similarly to the Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered title announced, the new features going into the PS5 version will be provided as a free update to PC players, but PS5 players will have to of course purchase this new version of the zombie-filled game.
Like other games before it that got a remaster, if you already own Days Gone, then you’ll be able to grab the remaster for only $10.
While Days Gone was never able to earn the same acclaim as other PlayStation Studios titles, it’s getting a whole new chance with this new version to see if there are now more players willing to give it a shot.
At the very least we know that it’ll look a hell of a lot better this time around. You can check out the reveal trailer for yourself, below.
Even if there’s not going to be a sequel, it’s good that the original Days Gone is finally joining the rest of the exclusives from the PS4-era and getting its own native PS5 version.
