CD Projekt Red has confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 will have reversible cover art, with the other side featuring a Female V.
The news was confirmed on Reddit after someone DM’d the official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account asking the question. I am always a fan of reversible covers and it is nice to see CD Projekt Red creating one for Cyberpunk 2077.
The cover is likely to only switch the Male version of V with the Female version, keeping the pure yellow background and the same pose. Nevertheless, it is a nice addition.
Below you can see the Cyberpunk 2077 Cover Art with the Male version of V:
Cyberpunk 2077 is set to be one of the biggest releases of 2020. The first half of 2020 is looking packed with new releases, making it a great finish to this console generation, before the likely release of the PS5 next Fall.
At E3 2019, Keanu Reeves was revealed to be playing Johnny Silverhand in the game, where he will have the second most voice lines in the game. This news came alongside a release date at E3 2019, along with a brand new, bloody story trailer, hinting at some themes introduced further into the game. It has been confirmed that the team is currently toying away with Multiplayer features, experimenting with how it could work within the game.
Cyberpunk 2077 is pencilled in for an April 16, 2020 release on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One, although there’s a chance it may also come to the PS5 and Xbox Scarlett down the line. One thing that Cyberpunk 2077 won’t feature is a morality system, although if fans have their way, we’ll be getting a ‘You’re Breathtaking‘ Trophy based on Keanu Reeves’ appearance during Microsoft’s E3 2019 presser.
Cyberpunk 2077 is set to release for PlayStation 4 on April 16, 2020.
What are your thoughts on a reversible cover? Will you be rocking a Male or Female V?
