The extent of Cyberpunk 2077’s customisation options have been revealed with the game having 5 pubic hair types, multiple choices for tattoo’s nipples, blemishes, scars, makeup, and more, as well as the ability to customise your penis size.
The details have all been revealed in a new set of previews that have gone live, with these details being highlighted by Kotaku. In their fantastic preview, which you should go and read they state the game has:
“6 skin types, 35 hairstyles, 17 eyes, 8 eyebrows, 17 eyes, 17 mouths, 17 jaws, 17 ears, 8 bits of “cyberware” (as well as no cyberware), 9 types of scars plus off, 6 types of tatts plus off, 11 piercings plus off, 5 types of teeth, 8 bits of eye makeup, 5 bits of lip makeup plus off, 3 blemishes, 3 types of nipples, 5 types of body tatts, 2 types of body scars, 2 dick types, 1 vagina option, dick size options, and 5 types of pubic hairs.”
And to put it bluntly, that is A LOT of choice, especially over some very private areas of your character’s body. But, it is definitely cool to see so much customisation and choice being given to your character allowing you to truly play them and create them in the way you want. It is certainly a huge step up for protagonists in games and it would be great to see more open-world games provide you with so many options.

Cyberpunk 2077 releases for PS4 on November 19, 2020. A PS5 release is set to arrive in 2021.
