Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Confirms Andy Serkis, Ben Starr & Charlie Cox For English Voice Cast

Sandfall Interactive has lifted the wraps off the English voice cast for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, the turn-based RPG coming to PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S in 2025.

Jennifer Svedberg-Yen, the Lead Writer and Voice Producer for Sandfall Interactive, revealed that Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 will feature many recognisable voice talents from the world of games and film, including Ben Starr, Charlie Cox, Jennifer English, and Andy Serkis.

First up, Charlie Cox is voicing lead engineer Gustave, who in his final year is focussed on defeating the Paintress and reclaiming the future for Lumiere’s children. Meanwhile, Maelle is played by Jennifer English, with her character orphaned as a child and as a result feels like an outsider. Her only connection is foster brother Gustave.

Kirsty Rider is the voice of chief researcher of the Expedition, Lune, who is described as being ‘intensely driven’ in her mission to defeat the Paintress. She’s joined by Shala Nyx, who plays Sciel, a warrior who remains calm and cheerful in the face of any obstacles.

Rounding out the cast is Ben Starr, who provides the voice of Verso, a mysterious stranger tracking the Expedition, while The Lord of the Rings star Andy Serkis lends his talents to the character of Renoir, a man who is driven to save his family.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is slated for release in Spring 2025 on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S.
