Well this is a nice surprise (sort of). Activision have not only confirmed that Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Remastered PS4 is out right now, but also that it’s a 30 day PS4 platform exclusive too. Ouch.
Costing $19.99 on the US PlayStation Store and £19.99 on the UK PlayStation Store, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Remastered is just the campaign mode from the series award-winning last-gen instalment and not it’s multiplayer component (though we hope that arrives separately ASAP).

In addition to the game itself which boasts remastered visuals, the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered bundle also includes a whole bunch of extra bits of pieces for use in Call of Duty: Warzone too, such as a a classic Ghost skin, weapon blueprints, two Battle Pass Tier skips and more besides.
Of course it makes sense to incentivise Call of Duty: Warzone players (of which there are many) with a whole bunch of goodies in addition to the remastered Modern Warfare 2 campaign offering.
