First up, you need to download a theme! Go to the PlayStation Store from your home screen. Scroll down to GAMES, then scroll down to Themes. & Avatars. Click on Themes, and then you can search through the list of free PS4 wallpapers, free PS4 themes, and the best PS4 themes on the PlayStation Store. Select the one you want, and then click download.
