Assassin’s Creed Shadows Update 1.0.1 Out Now For PS5 Photo Mode Fix & Stability Improvements

Ubisoft has deployed a new Assassin’s Creed Shadows update today that comes with some minor fixes for the game, including ironing out a crash bug that could occur when using the game’s Photo Mode on PS5. Assassin’s Creed Shadows was released for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S on March 20, 2025. The game has been a major success for Ubisoft so far, having attracted two million players in just a few days after release and reportedly becoming the publisher’s second biggest ever release. Following the positive reception among players, Ubisoft sent out a message on social media thanking fans for their support for Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
