Spotted by Gematsu, a rating for an unannounced Terminator game called Terminator 2D: No Fate has appeared on the Australian government’s classification and ratings board.
The description doesn’t give us an idea as to the kind of game it is, but it does tell us that it’ll include violence and coarse language, two things any Terminator fan could’ve guessed.
It also tells us that it’ll be available on PS5 and PS4, and that developer Reef Entertainment will be making and publishing the game. A name Terminator fans might recognize, since this is not Reef Entertainment’s first time in the Terminator world, with the team’s previous FPS release, Terminator: Resistance.
Resistance however was just a game Reef Entertainment published, not fully developed, so it’ll be interesting to see how No Fate goes, and what people’s reaction to it, since the “2D” in the title seems to suggest it’ll be a side-scrolling adventure.
Hopefully we’ll hear something more concrete about the release from Reef Entertainment soon.
