Saber Interactive has announced on Twitter that the issue with the World War Z Aftermath PS4 to PS5 upgrade is now fixed, which means you can claim a free upgrade of the game as intended.
In case you weren’t aware, the PS5 upgrade for World War Z Aftermath PS4 owners was released earlier this week, but the issue prevented it from being claimed free. That’s all fixed now, so hopefully there won’t be anymore problems in this regard.
World War Z Aftermath is now available for PS5 owners and includes a number of enhancements over the last-generation version of the zombie title, including 60 FPS/4K resolution support. In other words, it looks and plays better than ever, and since it’s a free upgrade, it’s a bit of a no-brainer for existing owners.
